My A/C went out Memorial Day weekend but I didn’t have too many worries once I called Comforts on the Coast. Trey was the technician who came out bright and early on a Saturday morning to get my A/C back in order. He was thorough, efficient and detail oriented. The technician took the time out to explain exactly what was wrong and how it needed to be fixed. Very helpful and professional, they have gained a customer for life!
Excellent service!!! My motor went down on my unit on late Friday afternoon on a holiday weekend. My motor was out of stock here. Through the diligence of Comfort on Coast, a motor was found in New Orleans, the tech drove to New Orleans picked the motor up and installed the motor at 8pm on the same Friday night of a holiday weekend, saving my family from waiting 10-14 days for motor to be in back in stock. I'm so thankful for their superior service and going way above any other company.
Here we are Sr citizens.its hot and humidity high.this service believes in a higher power to take Carre of people.they came experienced and ready to work.saved my unit and told me no worries .it worked .great thank u so much please call them u will have help like no other company.
Great service! Vince and James, were both professional and punctual. I called with an issue with our AC and they were at my home the next morning as scheduled, on a Saturday at that. They diagnosed my issue, covered all the basics, fixed the problem and were in and out in an hour. Highly recommend!!

It was late Friday night, we made it through without air conditioning that night after the compressor would not turn on. On Saturday, at 7:00 a.m. we searched for AC services in Ocean Springs. The first call no luck, the next call was answered by a kind man who assured us he would have someone there by or before 10:00 a.m. He even called us back to assure this would happen. James Mitchell responded and knew immediately after listening to it what needed to be done, replaced the capacitor, which he had a spare in his service vehicle, and by 11:08 a.m. he was driving away from our cool home and two happy customers who were truly blessed. Praise the Lord.

Called on Mother's Day when my outside unit went out. They were quick to pick and send a Technician out. The Tech, James, was awesome. He found the issue immediately, then showed it to me and explained everything in easy layman's terms. It was a little pricey due to the weekend/Holiday, but James worked a Military Discount to soften the damage. 10/10, would definitely recommend James and COTC, and will call again for any future issues.

We had an issue with our system on a Friday after 5:00. The guys came out swiftly and took care of our issues real quick. They gave me an estimated time, kept me informed, and called when they were near our home. Very professional and polite! I think Trey was the technician and the owner came as well. The Owner explained everything, and they operated like QRT (Quick Reaction Team) and got it all fixed. We called the right company and will be doing more business with them from now on.
