I had just been released from the hospital undergoing a major surgery to come home and realize our AC unit wasn’t working. To make things worse it was the weekend and alot of places weren’t going to be able to make it out til Monday. Then I found Comforts on the Coast. Not only did they answer my phone call but they were at my home within an hour. I seriously can’t thank them enough for their kindness and for their help in fixing our AC. Trey did an amazing job replacing the part and cleaning out our very dirty outside unit. They will always have our business and we highly recommend them to anyone on the Mississippi Coast!

They were a huge help in resolving the issue with our AC unit and were informative every step of the way. The AC repair service was quick but efficient.

The team is incredibly responsive. They genuinely care for their customers, and even if it's late or outside working hours. The skilled technician also helped us keep our current ac going until we could fully replace it, understanding our budget and needs. I can not say enough how fair and customer service-oriented this business is.

Me and my Husband own a home in Gulfport and we got into town at 7:30 at night on a Saturday with the thermostat reading 84 degrees. We google searched ac repair and saw all of the reviews so we called comforts on the coast. And my goodness it was a wonderful choice, Trey was our tech that showed up within 1 hour of calling and he diagnosed and repaired the unit, explained everything, and took the time to teach us how to understand our unit and what was happening,, I would recommend this company to anyone that needs HVAC work done. These guys came out to Gulfport after hours with no questions during this heat wave. Made it here within the hour. The only thing they said when I called was we put it in and we stand by our customers. I love it , that kind of customer service is rare.

Came out to my home in Gulfport at the spur of a moment. Air was not blowing cold. It's cold now.

I had my heat pump and air handler replaced by Comforts on the Coast last November. They installed a top of the line Amana unit which has worked flawlessly, is very efficient and is warrantied for 10 yrs. Hottest summer on record and my electric bill is down. Last week I noticed the inside temp was 4 deg above the set point and the unit wasn't cycling on. I called Comforts and they gave me some settings to try on the thermostat. I was told they would be at my home in 30 min unless I called them to say everything was back to normal. This was at approx. 5 pm. They arrived as promised and soon discovered that the float switch on the condensate drain had been tripped preventing the condensate from flooding the closet but also disabling cooling. They cleared the drain and everything was back to normal in 30 min. I was fully expecting I would have to wait 24 hours at least for a fix given the heat wave. Half an hour was a miracle!

Comes out any day or time. Rain shine . Even holidays. Friendly and tray was nice and came out in this heatwave to help keep us cool. Thanks so much.

This Company has got to be the best A.C. guys in town they showed up late at my door the same day as this has been the hottest yet all summer as everyone else was booked for days away and showed me everything every step of the way in really good detail and gave me a great price on the service you couldn't ask for more. (Update) my breaker flips still and had a new one installed and still flips. 😔

Comfort On The Coast replaced my complete havc with a brand new 4 ton,Trane. They were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable on the unit. I would have given a 5 star rating, however, I had a problem with the installation of the furnace vent closure, up to the attic! I felt like it should be sealed so hot attic air (150°) would not enter the house! My persistent nature could not let it go! I've never seen a hole left inside a closet going up to the attic! It kind of defeats the purpose! I researched and was able to confirm my concern. To make me happy and make it look good (not because it SHOULD BE SEALED), they are coming back out to properly seal it with a furnace boot! MAYBE

Vince and Trey were quick to respond to our home in Ocean Springs, analyzed the problem, and had it fixed within an hour. They were friendly and professional and sorted things out in quick order. Would definitely recommend!!!

A/C stopped work today called several other businesses and they couldn’t get to it until Monday. Called Comforts on the Coast and they said it would only be a few hours. They showed up diagnosed the problem and had the parts to fix it. Kenneth and his Dad were Awesome!! Will do business with them again
