Great service! The service men were very knowledgeable and accommodating. The bottom of our hot water heater rusted out. They brought a new one to install and disposed of the old one. Took them an hour and half and we were back in business. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Dylan was phenomenal!!! Called 30-45 minutes before arriving. Very respectful. Very clean, Cleaned all of his trash behind himself. Folded my latter back up and closed my attic back. Definitely a 10/10. My experience with comforts on the coast was excellent from my first phone call to the tech leaving my house. I definitely will be using this company again & recommend 10/10 Thank you much! 💚

I cannot recommend this company highly or effusively enough! I bought an HVAC unit this past summer and had a wonderful experience. It worked perfectly until this weekend when the weather turned cold and the heat unexpectedly stopped working. I did not think it was the new unit, so I consulted another professional who made me wait several days in the cold only to overcharge me and not fix the problem.

I contacted Jared and he had someone in my home within 20 minutes of my call DURING AN ACTUAL SNOWSTORM! Within 15 minutes of Trey's arrival, the heat was blowing again.

I cannot overstate Jared 's professionalism and compassion. He went above and beyond to make sure we didn't spend any more time shivering than absolutely necessary. His customer service skills are spectacular!

Trey also displays a remarkable professionalism and sincere concern for his customers. In addition to this, he has a very respectful and friendly, open demeanor that made me and my family members feel safe.

It can be uncomfortable having strangers in your home, but you cannot go wrong by consulting these wonderful men and this extremely responsive company for your heating, plumbing, or air conditioning needs.

Our AC gave out last year, and Comforts on the Coast installed brand new everything for us. There were some issues, but they came out time and time again until it was finally working.

I promised I would write this review, but when it took a few weeks to track down the issue that kept my AC from working I wanted to hold off until it was fixed. They came out every time I called, tested this, checked that, never charged me another cent. It was the thermostat; it was replaced, and everything was perfect. The new unit was keeping our house colder than the old one ever had. As of right now, June 7, 2025, 10:39 am, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

The only reason that came with a disclaimer, is because we are having an issue again and since I need to call them I remembered I had not written this yet. As good as they have been, I really don't think they are be any different today. If for some bazar reason they aren't, I'll edit this.

I was going to be lazy again and not edit/ update this unless there was a problem. It's been about 40 minutes since I posted, and there is already someone here.

Simply top notch company. Had serious plumbing emergency and they were at my home and working on the issue within 30 min. Employees / technicians and all staff were excellent and provided updates and informed me of all issues they found during the process. They take exceptional pride in their work and customer service. 10 out of 10. Hard to find this kind of customer service.

All of the guys involved from placing a quote to install were great. Professional, nice, and respectful. They tore old unit and heat pump out, replaced everything with all new lines, drain, float switch, plasma purifier, and even the wood inside the closet that holds the handler. They were very knowledgeable and have many years experience with this. Trey, Matthew, and Lance were the installers. Can't thank them enough for their hard work and professionalism. Owners need to keep these guys around. Mr Dylan did the quote and was extremely knowledgeable as well. He showed he knows this job and what everything was and what was needed. Definitely recommend this company for an a/c install or repairs needed. Unit added for reference was;

3 ton Trane XR14 heat pump system. 3 ton Trane Tem4 air handler. Thermostat, wood for handler, wiring for Thermostat, freon, and a bunch of other stuff they needed for the job..(screws, pvc piping, glue, solder..ect.)

With the heat in the summer here in south Mississippi, paying someone to do the job right the first time is important. Those guys worked their tail off and made sure it was running correctly before they left. They cleaned up what little mess they made. The unit is much quieter than my old one. A/c is cold and running great.

Dylan was so kind, competent and professional! He did an AMAZING & OUTSTANDING job fixing my a/c unit. He even was able to do same day service! This is hands down the BEST company on the coast! Good honest people, doing good honest work. I am a lifelong customer of Comforts on the Coast! Thank you so much!

Bought a whole new AC system from them a couple of years ago. We just had our maintenance check and all seems good! I will say that they are very quick to respond if you have any kind of issues that pop up with their systems and services.

I really can't say enough about what a wonderful company this is from the first phone call to the technicians leaving our home. This is the place to call. They are very professional and take the time to explain what is going on in layman's terms. They also offer a yearly service plan for peace of mind.

I am very happy with the team at comfort on the coast. Both the owner and his son Trey have been extremely helpful in navigating some AC issues and have gone above and beyond helping me with the issue at hand. They have been very great to talk to and I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

They are trustworthy, sincere, and morally upright. Dillon was so helpful. Dillon answered my questions with grace and courtesy. He also explained in great detail the issues and options available. Fair and open pricing makes it unquestionably worth the money. I suggest them to anyone in need of assistance.

Outstanding service and work. I can’t say enough about these guys. Family business that are dependable and passionate about their work and customer service. We recently moved to the area and needed a company to maintain the units. Ended up having an issue and they came through in a pinch. Probably the best experience I have had with an AC company in 20 years. They earned my all my future business.

I received excellent service from Comforts on the Coast! My ac unit stopped working over the weekend, and Mr. Vince and his team worked quickly to get it fixed for me. They were so friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!

Highly recommended given my top notch and excellent experience! On a very hot day, after 15 years my AC system finally failed. I called Comforts on the Coast as a new customer and was pleasantly surprised that they made it a priority to come out the same morning and get my unit running again. The owner's son Dylan came out and fortunately was able to get it cooling again. This allowed me time to review my long term options. I was already interested in replacing the unit with a new and more efficient AC /Heat pump combination. I had several other AC companies come out give estimates. I was both impressed and pleased that I could speak directly to the owner Vince who was able to answer all of my questions. His estimates were very competitive and I decided on going with a 5 Ton High efficiency Trane XV 20 system.

The installation team consisted of Vince's two sons Dylan and Nolan as well as technician Trey. I would describe them all as very respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The final cost was exactly as was on the estimate and the payment method was very flexible. I am very happy that I went with Comforts on the Coast and am writing this review in the "Comforts" of 72 degrees and 43% humidity (which I could never get Humidity below 54% with my prior AC unit).
